Pam Jeffers, MS, TRS, ES
Pam is an Equine Specialist and Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. She received her B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation and her M.S. in Recreation Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She incorporated Natural Freedom, LLC, Albany, Ohio, in order to serve populations that have experienced trauma. Her lifelong interest in equine behavior has led her to the practice of Relationship Based Equine Assisted Counseling. She serves families formed through foster care and adoption,veterans and their families, and individuals seeking improved relationships. She continues to develop her understanding of the equine's ability to teach humans about relationships and the mind, body and spirit connection. Pam has 30 years of experience working with horses including: ground-work, training, instructing, coaching and competing. Pam is EAGALA certified and completed the ES Workshop for PATH Intl. Pam also has taught at Hocking College, presented at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Meigs Cancer Initiative. 
Paula Andree, LISW-S
Paula has worked for Dr. Gregory Keck at the Attachment and Bonding Center of Ohio for thirteen years. She has twenty five years experience working with families in a variety of mental health settings. Paula is also the adoptive mother of three children. She is a member of PATH Intl. (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Intl.), and NASW ( National Association of Social Workers).
Erin Lucas, LISW-S
Erin received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences, and Spanish, and her Masters in Social Work form Ohio University, Athens, Ohio. In addition, she has received continuing education in the effects of trauma on attachment, working with adoptive families, Trauma Focused-Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Equine Facilitated Therapy. She is currently pursuing certification by the Certification Board for Equine Interaction Professionals. At Tri-County Mental Health & Counseling Services, Inc, she serves a population of children and families formed through foster care and adoption, in addition to families affected by trauma. Her interest in the physiological basis for human behavior in response to trauma has prompted her use of Equine Facilitated Therapy, EEG biofeedback, relaxation, techniques, Narrative Therapy . She is a member of PATH Intl. ( Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International ( PATH Intl.), and NASW ( National Association of Social Workers).
Kristina Houser, PhD, LICDC
A Psychologist and Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. She recieved her PhD in community counseling from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Her interest in the impact of loss has led to service with  populations with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), adoption issues, and family dysfuncion. She has made presentations to Tri-County Mental Health & Counseling, Inc.,and Athens County Children Services. She is currently in private practice, serving individuals and families, in Athens, Ohio 
 LaTicia Jeffers, ES
  LaTicia has worked at Natural Freedom since 2010. She has been around horses her whole life. She has experience in handling, riding and competing, at local, state, and collegiate levels. She consistently represented Athens County at the Ohio State Fair begining at the age of 12. LaTicia was also a scholarship recipient for the Tiffin University Equestrain Team. She is currently pursuing certification for Certified Horseman Association and is also the expressive arts specialist for Natural Freedom.   
Robert Jeffers, ES
Robert is Co-Owner and President of Natural Freedom, LLC. He has 30 years experience with large animals. He has been a 4-H Horse Adviser for 11 years and was the President of the Athens County  Horse Council for several years. Robert has assisted in training, coaching and lessons for 15 years. He has completed the PATH Equine Specialist Workshop, and is currently working to complete his PATH, ES Certification.
